NASA would do well to consider Emojo for the construction of the next USA Mars vehicles. The Caddy framework is very well designed, smooth craftsmanship and being white, already looks "space age". I did not get installation instructions. I have a bag of bolts and nuts and no idea where or which to use where. to. How ever when Davis Hu found out he immediately emailed a copy of the instructions and a video showing the assembly method. David has made him self available by phone while I assembled the trike. That is what I call customer service.I have not ridden it enough to give a long millage review but, to the mail box and back and around the block walking my dog it has been What I truly wanted.Ed

Awesome Tricycle! Technical build for !st timers. Make sure all Bolts are tight, and holes are clear. Chain adjustment was an issue but resolved.I'd definitely recommend, and buy again.
