**Q: Can someone confirm the lbs of tension at 3,7,11?**
A: 3 is blue,7 is black, and 11 is red

**Q: Are these better than theraputic putty?**
A: i used both the putty and the individual finger strengtheners.  together they help a lot  i did not use the red one because it was very hard.

**Q: How much noise do these make?**
A: Almost no noise at all. A little squeaking from the springs is the most noise they make.

**Q: Does this model fit well for women’s palms?**
A: It fits mine, so I would say yes. However not all women are the same

J Huss: They work really well and you get three different levels for a good price. I’m trying to get back to playing guitar after a year break so getting my hand and fingers back in shape might help with the rust. They seem to be made pretty well may be not ass good as diadario but hey for the money you can’t go wrong.
