I think it faded a little, but not too bad. **Q: anybody know where this is manufactured ?** A: In the U.S.A. **Q: How is the blue line visibility compared to yellow?** A: I don’t find the blue color to be bad for visibility. I purchased it though to match my rod and reel more. Lol but honestly I can see it on the water. **Q: what is the dia of this line** A: Not 100% sure, but I believe it is same as 6 or 8 lb. mono. It should say on the box or on power pro web site. The superslick version 2 is even better. I love that it’s very thin in diameter yet very strong. It casts amazing and knot tying is easy. I use 15lb for all my inshore fishing and this VVS2 hold up amazingly. I’ve put it to the test on some big redfish and snook and has never failed me. The black color does fade but not as bad as other brands I’ve tested. Mine went from the original black to like a charcoal color which I don’t mind and still looks sexy on my black Bull Bay Rods Stealth Sniper and Shimano Sustains.
