May work for others we are all different and of course all looking for help with different things and to different degrees too.
I have not figured out of this does any good for my digestion/ulcer problems. Non bacteria caused ulcers so difficult to treat and I am allergic to most of the main stream PPI and H2 meds/antacids that are out there...hives and heart problems. So trying a variety of alternative meds. This one is suppose to help...but so far hasn't had any measurable or even subtle effect that can be detected on my part or doctors. (endoscope 1-2 times a year is only way to see if anything is working.) So I can't fault the item..it is just not the right one for me. I also bought the liquid extract at the same time and it too has not worked. There is some degree of conflict between the two..in doses...recommended. The pill is a much higher does than the liquid. So do not know what to think of that. I plan to use the remaining of the two for topical lotions and potions as I do make some botanical topicals up and it'll be interesting to see if they add to that softening skin etc...we all like. They may stain clothes too...so that remains to be tested and scene too.
