Me and my husband both found this carrier to be really comfortable for us both because it is so adjustable. When we first tried our baby in it, she couldn't get her arms over the top because she was too small. However it didn't take me long to realise that the seat height for the baby is adjustable, so I was able to raise the height of the seat so she could lift her arms over the top. The adjustability of this would carrier would ensure its comfortable For most parents/children of all shapes and sizes I am sure. We had no complaints from our daughter who was in it for about an hour for several of our walks! The large pocket is perfect for all the baby essentials and a bottle of water for us.The seller had run out of the carriers exactly the same as the picture (in red and grey), so they contacted me and offered the exact same carrier in grey but in a premium fabric. They were prompt and polite in their response.
