It’s a decoration, not a pond. The water evaporates from it in 3 days like a birdbath if you don’t fill it everyday. Again, it’s a decoration not a 2500 gallon pond. It barely holds a watering can full of water. I love it though for what it is. But it’s about 3 inches deep, and about 12x15 inches across. Not a fish pond. **Q: Does the water make enough sound to drown out other things?** A: No. Almost no sound at all. **Q: The tubing that attaches to the pump doesn't fit. The opening to the tubing is too small. Does not go over the notch on the pump. Any suggestions?** A: Mine fit ok. The pump did not work very long though.
