However, the pillow I was using was starting to get hot at night, so I decided to give this pillow a try. First off, it's very comfortable and it hasn't felt hot once. I'm a very hot sleeper, so I was thrilled this pillow didn't add to the heat. However, the most pleasantly surprising thing is that it has helped my plantar fasciitis! Most mornings when I wake up, my feet are so sore that it really hurts to stand. I've used this pillow for about a week, and my feet haven't hurt at all in the mornings. I highly recommend this pillow! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cooling....structure...all in question for the long term *by R***Z on October 16, 2019* Only had this for a few weeks, but I am a bit concerned about how well the middle will hold up to keep my legs apart. When waking up in the morning, it seems pretty "squished." The "cooling" it advertises is cool when first used and falling asleep, in the middle of the night this "cooling" doesn't exist (atleast for me). This pillow is smaller than I normally use but now I really like it. It is far easier to turn over - i am a side sleeper. And it is not too tall so my leg doesn't feel like it is sticking up in the air. I never had any real problem with my knee pillows being to hot, but this one does stay cool thru the night.
