After that try middle head and you'll be impressed, i tell you. Use it with 30% angle, don't stay on one place and you'll be pleased.Do not even try to use it right after you've got the order. Just take a HOT shower and only then try this thing. You will need some time to get used to this tool. I mean: how to move it, what angle do you need and so on. The packaging was good and the box was sealed. The steps I’ve taken was first to place a hot towel over my face to open the pores for about 3 mins. I’ve then vacuum my face and only little amount of whiteheads was sucked out. I think for better results, I’ve should of left the towel on for 10 minutes instead of 3. After the suction was done, I’ve applied a toner of my face and used a cold towel to place over my face to close the pores. After one use, my face feels smoother. I have oily skin with terrible acne scars AND acne in my 30s! So I’m hoping this device will do good for the future.
