I used to use that press and seal wrap to keep half-avocados until the next day's sammich. Because it makes me cringe to use plastic for 24 hours and then throw it away like that, I decided to try these. My day 2 sammies have never been happier. I unwrap those avocados from this beeswax food storage wrap and find minimal browning and maximum tasty-goodness. If the wrap can do this for avocados, I have every confidence they will excel with all food items. No more will I be using plastic wrap. To wash, simply run under warm water with a bit mild soap. I dry them in a corner over wine bottles :).
