The second one arrived, and I have to say I'm impressed. First, the plastic used is thicker and more solid than other mini-greenhouses I've bought. This doesn't flex (top of bottom). It can definitely support the weight of your seedling pods/plugs and the water. There are about 6 small ventilation holes on each of the two ends. Since the picture shows it with the packaging, I didn't notice that it also has an adjustable vent on top. This is in the form of a molded plastic piece the same color as the base. It slides to give an opening 1 3/4 wide and from 0 to 1 inch long. This is a nice touch because it allows me to control the humidity. Overall the mini-greenhouse a great size for sprouting a few seedlings at a time. I'm using Rapid Rooter plugs and it holds 3 X 4 trays of them with a little room to spare on all sides. The only thing I do not like is in the bottom layer has indents for the size of the grow pucks they supply. I wish it was a flat bottom so any type of grow puck can be used.
