I was optimistic that I would get an intact tray set - wrong.  Every corner of the cover was broken, which wasn't so bad but every corner of the tray was also broken!  I taped and glued the corners and placed the compressed pellets in the tray holders, wetted them, and let soak for 10 minutes - no way the tray could support this weight as aside from having four broken corners the plastic is hopelessly thin.  I put it on a large sturdy tray - still hopeful.  The pellets are extremely dense and had to do some serious poking to get seeds into and covered.  Germination was abysmal!  After several weeks of hopefulness, I gave up and reseeded into coir pots with potting soil - wow instant success.  This tray system simply doesn't work.

The plastic is paper thin. The lid arrived broken in several places. Decided to use it anyway. Filled it with water and then found out that tray is also broken from the middle and the dirty water was everywhere. After the disks are soaked in water they are very heavy. Even with two hands it’s almost impossible to hold the tray. The sole purpose to use a tray is portability.Also most of my seeds required sawing on surface and tge hole is too deep on the disks. Had to work on each one the cover the hole and then saw the seeds.

nicely designed but the lightweight plastic of the tray was already split in one place when it arrived. By the time you soak the pellets the weight will cause the whole tray to buckle if youy don't use a stiffer tray underneath it.
