I'm 5'10", 195 lbs. I ordered a Large since that's what I wear for shirts/undershirts/underarmor/etc. and when I got it, it was laughably small. I barely got it on and it was legitimately a belly tank. It came down to my belly button and no further. The Large was MAYBE a small at best. My wife tried it on and it barely fit her and she regularly wears a women's medium.This is pretty much trash and I tossed $13 out the window.
