The stretchy straps securely button to the bag on the top edge and the bottom edge. The straps use velcro, hook and loop, stye closures to adjust the length. The catheter drain tubing is easy to cut and adjust for proper length whether fastening the bag on the upper leg or just above the ankle. Emptying is simple after removing the bag from the leg. Position the straps at the top of the bag to get them out of the way. Drain by flipping the drain valve straight down.
