The mixed berry flavour actually tastes good, not chalky or weird like some other vitimans I’ve tried. I sometimes forget pills, but these are easy becuase they feel more like a treat. I’ve noticed I feel a bit more energetic during the day and less run down. The texture is soft and not too sticky. Only downside is it’s tempting to eat more then the recomended amount.
