I ordered a 65cm ball and cover. The cover is labelled 65cm but it must be 75cm because it fits neither the ball it came with nor the 65cm ball I already own. The ball it came with is actually smaller than the ball I already have so the sizing for both parts of the order is completely wrong.The cover itself is lovely and exactly the colour I need for the office space in my living room. Unfortunately, Amazon offers no way to contact the seller so I can't even request an exchange for the correct size. Have had to request a refund.Another flaw is that you have to inflate the ball inside the cover, so I've now inflated and deflated two balls just to establish that it is not fit for purpose. I've also got to try and get all the air out of the ball that was sent in order to fit it back in the box to return in.
