It is an expensive and worst purchase. I seasoned the tawa before using and have been trying to make dosas on it without any success. My normal iron roti tawa is giving better results. I think it is bcoz its surface is not smooth. I have shared the close up of the surface. It is of coarse finish. Our roti tawas have smooth finish hence make good dosas. I dunno what to do with it. I feel this brand is palming off its poor product online as one can only know how good the tawa is after using. Till one doesn't use it a few times it is difficult to comment.
