Review: Good alternative for a busy life than calorie counting - I did quite a bit of research before starting on a meal replacement diet as I always worried they were unhealthy. I’ve since found out that it can be a good way to lose weight and keep it off. 5 days in and I’ve lost 3lbs so far. I do feel hungry particularly in the afternoon but find keeping my fluids up helps. I love that I don’t have to think about calorie counting and can just get on with my day. Thoughts on flavours - love the chocolate and strawberry, like banana and not keen on vanilla which feels like I’m drinking baby formula. I’m trying the other set of flavours for my second week. I have lots of water between shakes and cups of tea which helps to keep my tummy fuller. I look forward to dinner all day and am fuller when I’ve eaten it than I would normally be when eating all my meals.
