They are simply the syringes that you can use for a variety of glues. **Q: Do these come with caps to avoid glue drying out? If not, are caps available?** A: Mine didn't so I used stick pins on the end so the glue didn't dry out **Q: How do u take it off** A: I’m not sure what you mean, but if you mean the orange needle part, it twisted off for me. **Q: Will these handle yellow wood glue a/k/a Elmer’s wood glue or Titebond or are those too thick for this applicator?** A: I think wood glue would work just fine with these. The E6000 glue that I use in them is a very thick and they handle it just fine.
