This professional Knife model is made of ZA18 -Brand New Covalt Stainless Steel at the core of the blade, squeezed into 68 Layers Damascus Steel(One Side-34 Layers) with Professional Octagonal Wooden Handle with Buffalo Bolster. New Blade Material ZA18 is of really hard material and sharpness stays long, due to high abrasion resistance.Compared with other Stainless Steel,content by percentage of Chrome(Cr) is higher and naturally it shows high rust prevention.
