My issue with the powder is that it is hard to not get lumps. This would be perfectly fine if I only bought this to take with or to use as food coloring, but because I bought this to make ube latte's I need the texture to be right. So going forward, I'm going to buy liquid ube extract.

A: The average weight of a sweet potato is 4 ounces which converts to approximately 118 g, The bag states serving size, 1 tsp = 4g (36 servings = 144g) that being said the entire 5oz pack is less than two average sweet potatoes. 
So 29.5 tsp of powder = one sweet potato (average sized).
