It is basically excerpts from various lectures that Watts delivered over his lifetime. You'll find the typical Watts themes, such as the ego doesn't exist, wealth isn't the same as money, the present is all there is, and that everything is a part of one whole. While this isn't as coherent overall as books that Watts wrote himself, this collection of transcribed speeches has a lot of great food for thought, and is classic Watts. I wish the various lectures the material is from would have been referenced. I found a lot of them by searching keywords, but it would have been easier to find the audio had the original talks been referenced.
