The top had a cute flounce.Would have been a great fit if she needed a size 12. I had to return it for being small. Didn’t realize she had grown so much. I do have to say the suit runs a little on the small side. My granddaughter is 4 1/2 years old with a medium build. She typically wears a size 5 in little girls clothing. I ordered this swim suit in a 6 and a 6x just to make sure it fit this time.
