I have used these bags for years.  They are heavy duty and durable.  You have to periodically open the top of the vacuum cleaner and squeeze the bag to see if it is full.  If so replace it.  When putting a new one in, be sure the corners of the front of the bag fit right into the slots made for it.  Do not put the hose in until such procedure is accomplished or you will not get the front of the bag where the nozzle fits into it will not work.

Though this is the branded version, I'm a disappointed that the paper in some areas is very thin and it look like a tear can occur very easily. I plan to tape these areas to make sure before using.  Definitely these bags are of lower quality compared to the ones I bought previously.
