I had no problem with the adhesive tape on the back and the stretch seems pretty standard for the material. The length was plenty long for old school bars even with a figure 8 wrap. I’m using it indoors on my trainer bike so we’ll see how well it holds up (I tend to go through bar tape quicker indoors).
