It has a pull out drawer?** A: the one I purchased does not have a pull-out drawer. Running five sheets of paper through it simultaneously is a stretch, though it may be done by taking the time to guide the stack through shredder inlet by hand. When pages are inserted out of square, edges will fold back upon themselves. That is the cause of jamming I’ve experienced. In the case if such a jam, running motor in reverse does not clear the issue; I’ve found picking paper bits out of the cutting blades with a wooden kabob skewer the sole method that works. I shred typical household mail documents with personal identification information perhaps twice monthly. I feel one needing this shredder for daily use or large volumes of documents may become frustrated.
