The cushion is comfortable and well designed with the carrying handle being useful. The cushion is very effective when used on an office or dining chair as well as when used on a car seat. I don't think any of these style of cushions are particularly useful on softer seating, like sofas, as you need some resistance in order for the memory foam to shape itself. Looked at many in the build up to the purchase, and certainly have no regrets with this purchase. I've had a bad back on and off for years but it has flared up recently and it makes sitting on firmer chairs much more comfortable.
