They were also shorter than expected but that's actually a plus for me as I rarely have nails on and the shorter they are the easier it is for me to wear them without getting frustrated. Overall I'm happy with them even though they were not quite what was expected and they still look great and are holding up to my crazy life with a 1 year old!
