The power bank still works without any problems even though the true capacity is 16000mAh. ### ⭐ Do NOT recomend *by M***I on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 June 2020* So a couple of issues there the package came damaged like seen in the image. After inspection the product didn't have any visual damage but once tested I have realised that it didn't definitely had not 24000mAh the reason being I have a Samsung Galaxy s10 with a battery of 3400mAh so the power bank would be able to charge my phone approximately 7 times. But once I have tested the product a single charge charge used up 30 % of the power bank power based on the power bank display light.
