These do leak if your flow is too heavy. Mostly in the front. The back is secure but the front idk whats going on. These work yo catch over flows and for medium and less flows. But heavy and extremely heavy idk about. Also pulling them up will leave your legs bloody so carry wet wipes to wipe your legs downI think i ordered a medium. Theyre a tad tight but its fine. My periods are extremely heavy. Im talking soaking through super tampons every 25 mins on my heavy days, 1-2 hr on my medium days. There are no light days. And pads wont work because i bleed too heavy and they dont absorb fast enough it just pours over the pads. Wore these day 2 of my period so my tampons werent lasting but 30 minutes. Honestly less than that as i was bleeding HORRIBLY into these panties. And surprisingly they hold up. Absorbs every drop and you dnt feel wet at all. Which brings to why im not giving 5 stars. These leak really bad around the edges. And because you feel so dry you dont even realize youre bleeding through your clothes. Even though the lining catches all the blood, the edges makes the blood soak the outer layer to an extent. The outter fabric still absorbs but the cloth closer to the edges stay soaked. So definitely be prepared to swap your underwear throughout the day just as you would a pad. I wanna say i love them because they absorb really well i would def wear them without a tampon. I wore them as a backup (wore a tampon and liner) and somehow I managed to bleed but the blood didn’t make it past the underwear. Had I worn my regular underwear, pretty sure I would have blood stains on my pants (sorry if that’s too graphic). Grateful I had these on hand.
