A lot better than I expected it to be. I thought being cheap and that you measure it from your wrist and not the top of your arm I really didn't think this would be much good but I was so wrong! I suffer with atrial fibrillation and high blood pressure so I have to have my blood pressure and pulse etc taken a lot. So I know what my blood pressure normally reads at and this is not far off at all and I also know that my heart rate is slow due to medication I have to take, my blood pressure is also under control through medication. This is a good bit of kit and for the price 100% recommend to anyone who would like to keep an eye on their blood pressure / heart rate. How accurate this is I don't know if its 100% accurate but I know for sure that it is not far off if at all.It’s also good how you can sync this with your phone and store your readings etc. When you click the power button it starts to measure your blood pressure straight away. After around 30 seconds you will have your result and it speaks to you and tells you your blood pressure and heart rate and weather its normal or abnormal. You can also set an alarm to remind you to either measure your blood pressure or take medication which is a good feature to people who have to monitor their blood pressure several times a day.I must say though when you use this make sure that you don't wear it like a watch, make sure the face of the monitor is at bottom of your wrist like in the photos.
