Great value, great camera trap.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. After a mysterious trail appeared in my garden, leading from a hole in the ground to the bird feeder, I found myself eager to get a trail cam to find out whatever beastie was making it.I had a search on Amazon and was overwhelmed by the choices available. In the end, I did what any good Yorkshireman would do – I picked the cheapest that didn’t look completely naff. Also factoring into my decision was that the model I ended up buying only needed 4AA batteries, whereas most of the other models required 8.The camera comes with what you’d expect: a strap for securing it to trees/branches etc, a fixture for attaching it to a wall or tripod, instruction manual, and a cable. It doesn’t come with an SD card or batteries.I’m super impressed by the quality, and the trigger worked with mice and small birds at quite a distance, but was unaffected by the wind blowing branches and so forth. It’s been out in the cold, wind and rain for a week now, and it’s held up great. Super happy with the camera, and I’m hoping to catch the garden weasel on it before too long! Highly recommend.

They've thought of everything!
We have a lot of wildlife activity in our new garden that triggers my light sensors all the time & I'd love to better catch what's around so I've bought this as a gift for my Husband! 😂 It's around hand sized & all clips inside a waterproof case. It's not glaringly obvious what it is to look at it so will probably get away with watching the Husband doing the gardening too! It comes with different mounting options so you can screw the base plate in place or there's a strap for more temporary mounting such as to trees or the bed post... It's PIR activated & seems to have a really long standby time so the batteries are predicted to last for up to 5 months which is pretty cool 🙂 Really excited to see what mischief we can get up to with it! For my Husband's benefit obviously! 😂

Reasonably priced average trail cam
Perfectly serviceable trail cam. Decent quality day time pictures and not bad night shots and videos. Instruction booklet in somewhat weird English making it a little difficult to understand but I got there in the end. Does NOT come with SD card and is not controlled by a camera app on your phone - you have to connect via mini USB cable (supplied along with AV cable) or take the card out and connect via a card reader to computer - but that's no problem for me. The on/off buttons are on the inside front which can make it tricky to operate if it's in a difficult to get at position but you can set a timer so it comes on and goes off automatically. Takes 4xAA batteries but there is a 6V DC in if you want to wire it in. Motion activated. Supplied with strap and bolt-on fastening to attach it to whatever. Can be used on a tripod. My only problem with it is that it was sold on promotion for £33.99 (£39.99 with discount of £6) but now is priced at £29.99 NOT on promotion. So I paid £4 too much for it. I have no way of knowing if this is the seller's or Amazon's pricing policy but it makes me a little less happy with my purchase. This, of course, does not affect the quality of the camera.

Mini Trail camera No 2
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is the 2nd Campark mini trail camera I have bought.I have a very small hedgehog rescue setup and I find it invaluble to check out the heggies at night. The camera is small enough to fit inside the cage/cabin and the wide angle is perfect for the enclosed space. As with my other camera close focus is brilliant, the heggie is sometimes within inches of the camera. The wall mount bracket also makes a good low level mono pod.Any cons?Compared to my full size and more expensive trail camera, I can see were economy of construction has been made. The locking clasp is plastic and the on/set/off switch is not too positive. The clasp works fine on my other camera which is still going strong. I got used to the switch:-)It also lacks a few features but at half the price of my full size camera I'm not complaining.Attached is a video of an Autumn Juvenile who weighs about 330gBottom line is I will be buying a 3rd one soon!

Brilliant, just the job!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I'd found some mystery poo in my garden and wanted to find out whether it was a hedgehog. Having looked at a few cameras/reviews this one seemed to be reasonable quality and a good price. It was easy to set up and, after a couple of nights trying to find the right location for the camera, I got the attached video!Things I've learnt:- Double check that you've put the card back in after reviewing videos (...forgot this twice, doh!)- If you accidentally leave it on the "set up" setting (rather than on or off) it will drain a full set of AA batteries in one night leading you to think the camera has died- You will always get a video of yourself collecting the camera, no matter how hard you try not to set it off- Hedgehogs could give Usain Bolt a run for his money- Cats NEVER sleep!

Great Value for Money - Great Customer Service
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. We had previously purchased one of these cameras to capture the wildlife which visits our little garden. We were so amazed at the quality of the footage from a camera of this price that we ordered a second for a different part of the garden. The second one arrived but whilst the daytime footage was crystal clear, sadly there was an issue with the infrared not lighting up properly at night. A couple of emails to Campark Customer Services and a 'zero price' code was sent to us to order a replacement via Amazon - we really couldn't have asked for better. We totally forgot to reset the date and time on this one when we put it out, so have no clue what time "Brian" our Badger came for her egg last night... but we're glad we got crystal clear footage of her! Thank you Campark for a great camera at a great price and great customer service. What's not to like!!!!
