The overall product is sturdy metal with recessed handles on each side making it easy to move as well as to set flush against a wall or other chest. The top lifts up to disengage the drawer locks and has a roomy compartment at the top. The drawers are sturdy, slide smoothly, they come with a rubber mat liner in place, and they don't feel 'cheap'. The one feature I have not liked is that in order to open the drawers the top lid has to be fully opened. Not a big deal but it is something you need to remember to do before using the drawers. Compare on the Internet and when you add in the outrageous shipping charges the other bargains out there are not bargains when you pay the freight.***Wives, for the hubby's birthday or Father's Day this is a great gift and priced right for a 15 drawer storage system.
