Food could clot the drain very easily, so we had to pick it up and then throw it into the trash. We decided that it was time for a garbage disposal. We got this one and it’s perfect. I installed it quickly and with ease. The disposal works quite nicely, it only makes a hum when turned on, and destroys all food waste put in its path.
