I use it on my laptop table and it is perfectly able to blow air to my face and keeps me cool. It can be used directly by using batteries or can be plugged to the supply using the usb charging cable. You can place ice cubes in the box below which helps it to blow chill air. ### ⭐⭐ Don't buy... Just a fan..
