I loved the length, just as long as I was looking for. The only downside is that, as other reviewers have stated, the hem curls. I can iron it, but who wants to do that? This can be easily solved by making the hem a bit deeper; even 1/2" would be better. For a good skirt at this high price point, the manufacturer can easily afford to do that. I have purchased this style skirt in two different lengths and in two different colors. Every one of them are well made with a nice heavy denim fabric. I am smaller at the waist and fuller at the hips so the good fit is especially appreciated. The denim is solid quality and the construction is good. The one issue I have, and the reason for 3 stars only, is the hem, which is neither turned nor stitched in a way to void raveling of the raw edges above the stitching line.
