Do you feel that no one can see "details"? Thank you.** A: I found it to be almost enough on my bathroom window. I had a neighbor stand outside and "watch" me and a little too much of me was seen when I was close to the window. So, I put a sheer lace curtain in front of it, which still allows the oak pattern to be seen from both sides, and that did the trick. **Q: I want to put this on my door sidelights that have 3 little Windows on each side of the top half of the door. Would this look good with small pieces?** A: I think it would be ok. There is a flow to the pattern that would be lost by cutting it up. I have 2 widths in a 42 " fixed window. The flow of the oak branch is not broken across that width. I would try to match pattern across small windows so you get the flow of pattern. **Q: For bedroom or bath: would you feel comfortable walking around naked 2 or 3 feet from the window at night with the room lights on?** A: Gregoure, in answer to your question, we would feel comfortable. We have ithe film on our front door sidelight. There is complete coverage yet it lets light through. If someone was to get their nose right up to it, they could see slightly distorted images of what is on the other side. From normal distances though its just shadowy images. We love ours! What's better, everyone that has seen it thinks its a real stained glass window! **Q: Can people see into the window through these at all?** A: We can only see a shadow of a person walking up from outside, if it's daytime or the outside lights are on if it's nighttime. If our lights were on low in the house, people really wouldn't be able to see in thru the product, only that dim lights are on. My guests thought it was real stained glass. *by E***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2019* I purchased two of these to install side-by-side on a window, and have already been complimented on my "stained glass". I chose this design for beauty and because the design would allow me to align the 2 pieces almost seamlessly. This pattern is gorgeous, and looks expensive. The colors that stand out the most to me are the green, purple, and amber. The white background allows in a lot of light, but still provides privacy. I highly recommend this product. It was easy to manipulate the cling, and the cling didn't stretch or break for me.The instructions were in a foreign language, but I found a 2-minute YouTube video by the manufacturer (in English) by searching "install artscape window film".Each package included a scraper tool to smooth out bubbles, and the tool worked great. While this product requires no glues or adhesives, I needed additional supplies to install it: a spray bottle with water and a few drops of dish soap, measuring tape, a pen, a straight edge to draw my cutting line, and scissors. (The video said to use a straight blade to cut, but I switched to scissors for greater control.)Installation was easy. This is a beginner-to-intermediate level project. It took about a half hour total for me to install the two clings. If using more than one window cling, be sure that you line up your second cling and make a note of which side you'll be trimming off. It was not too hard to align the seams, and I took my time to make sure they were aligned well. I am still hearing my mom blasting about all plastics cheap look! Unfortunately for me, my neighbor distaste on maintaining and repairing his property is a major eyesore from the master bedroom. Unless the property fence be elevated even more ( against municipal code here...) I had to come up with a creative alternative and so in a desperate move I began to check out the window films. I do have another window in this room, facing the back yard, this is why the consideration in the first place.I scrolled over the not so plenty designs and decided for this one as it matches perfectly the chandelier style and color skim. The delicate pattern of the opaque clear is still on the majority of the surface letting light pour in galore. Besides, the stylish and colorful leaves and organic shaped branches give an understated art deco flair.The overall impression is above all my expectations and I am very happy with the product ease of install, instructions, quality. I was sick of peering out the loft end window, and looking at smears and spider webs. So I purchased a sheet of this film as a solution.I had seen a similar product in the big box home stores, but the designs were limited, expensive, and came on a roll that was more than I needed. So I was really pleased to find such a variety of designs here on Amazon, and be able to purchase a size that eliminated wastefulness. Finding it at a fraction of the cost was a huge plus as well.When my film arrived, I was instantly pleased with the quality of the material. Its thick, textured, and the colors are very realistic. They even included a squeegee for application.Since my windows are octagon, I made a pattern of them out of paper, so that I could cut my film to size with scissors. The film was a breeze to install, just be sure to have a sharp exacto blade handy for trim work, because as mentioned, this film is quite thick.
