The main thing I was looking for was an easy way to monitor my blood pressure and heart rate. It does these things very well. I like that it can be linked to my phone allowing me to see a readout of periodic samplings. I didn't think the sleep monitoring feature would interest me but it turned out to be quite handy. THE BLOOD PRESSURE WAS THE WORST. WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND MY BP WAS 170 OVER 90. CHECKED MY WATCH AND IT TOLD ME MY BP WAS 124 OVER 82. WHEN I DROVE THE STEP TRACKER WOULD ADD TO MY STEP COUNT. I ALSO HAD TO CONSTANTLY SINK THE APP TO MY PHONE EVEN WHEN THE PHONE WAS ON MY DESK AND I WAS SITTING NEXT TO IT. THIS WOULD BE AN AMAZING FEATURE IF THE FUNCTIONS WERE ACCURATE OR EVEN CLOSE TO ACCURATE. I ENDED UP GIVING THE WATCH TO MY 9 YR OLD DAUGHTER. SHE THINKS ITS COOL LOL.
