For part of my trip I am going to be walking 10 miles over two or three days. My carry-on bag is a soft side backpack suitcase and my personal item is a small under seat sized backpack. I tried to travel light but realized that a longer hike with whichever bag I put my technology into on my back might get tiring. I ordered this so that I could put my heavier things in one of the bags on the card and maneuver fairly easily because of the three wheels on each side. I have a larger wheelbase stair climber cart even if I take it apart will not fit into my carry-on bag. This cart is lightweight and I think sturdy enough for my purposes. My intention is to use it on the land part of my journey and if I cannot disassemble it easily enough, I will abandon it at the airport for someone else to enjoy.
