I started with a L, and just got my M in the mail today. I was using the L for around 2.5 weeks, wearing it everyday. I tried putting on the M and it was quite the affair, but it got on. It does not fit like the L on the tightest hook, and according to their measurements it should.It works though, but I wish they added an extra column or two to account for the stretching that does take place. I'll probably use this M until I'm on the tightest hooks and look into getting a more expensive waist trainer that won't stretch out so fast.
