I got these to transfer by making sure my painted nails were completely dry, applying nail foil glue that I purchased separately and waiting a minute for it to partially dry, then applying the foil and pressing it over the nail with a cotton swab. The design sticks on the nails but it also looks sort of messy . If you mess up you would have to scrape it all off and start all over again.
