Worst brand without any backend service
Think twice Before purchasing anything for this brand . I purchased the product on 28 January and 6 February it stopped working. I raised a complaint given on the number provided and also sent a mail.its been 45 days now . Only once I got a message to send a full video after sending video no response at all. Later on I get a revert on mail asking for contact number .Once shared no response. This is the kind of response we don't expect after spending almost 35k on the product

Great Speed and stabilty
Using the uboard since 3 months on Bangalore streets.Speed and sturdyness is exceeding expectations.Reach is ok in eco mode, on high speed mode is only 6-8km with a 100kg Person. Enough for me and grocery shopping or visiting the neighbors.Good value for the money

This is definitely a good product. However, any product can get damaged at any times. The product I purchased had a similar complaints. All my tension was what I would do for its service. The experience I had when I contacted the service team of this company was absolutely worth mentioning. They fixed all the complaints I raised. The tension of buying such an expensive product online has changed for me. The service team is absolutely appreciative. I continue to expect the same from them. Thanks a lot.. 🤝

Got this scooty from uboard. Very nice and sturdy.My kid totally loves it. Value for money indeed!

BE CAREFUL ITS A WASTE OF MONEY
The product works only till the first charge las. After that the product and their help line both switch offThe help line will ask for some time to contact their non existent technical team and hence you will get no response

Pretty solid but needed work to get it to run
The scooter is solid and strong and fast and charges easily. However the disk brake needed to be adjusted to run properly. Took me about an hour and I’m pretty handy with tools. Manual does not have any information on how to do this. If you aren’t mechanically inclined you would have had problems. Brake was drafting affecting performance and scooter was noisy
