This means you have to push in the earring from the back of your ear and then screw on the top design. This was very difficult to do in my conch piercing. It took me about 40 minutes to change out one earring! I should mention I do have Acrylic nails so that did make it a bit harder but I promise they are not very long. I’m already dreading the day I have to change them out again because it’s going to take forever! It would’ve been so much easier if the back was the part that screwed off so you could insert the earring from the front, not the back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth every cent! *by N***. on July 14, 2019* Love these for my tragus! I also love that they come in pairs unlike most 16g jewelry. The only issue I had was that the very first time I put one in, the screw part of the jewelry broke off while the earring was inside my ear and I had to pull it through because it was impossible to unscrew after the bigger front part broke off.
