Review: Wonderful Organic Walnuts. - *Update* - Look into soaking walnuts overnight with some lemon or apple cider vinegar. This will remove some Antinutrients. You can use a dehydrator to dry them or bake/roast on low ( 150° ) after soaked. I personally do not roast them being as they can oxidate some of the healthy fats, which is bad for the body. I dry them on parchment paper on the counter for about 1 hr, dab them with paper towels. Once done, I put them in a freezer bag. The healthy fats will keep them from getting rock hard. They will be less crunchy though, without being dried. Remember, this is just me, you can bake them on low or dehydrate them if want. Do your research :) Organic! Wonderful walnuts that I eat daily. These taste fresh and do not have any preservatives! I eat about 1/8 cup with each meal, along side some blueberries, strawberries, drizzled with lime over everything. Try lemon/lime over them, it tastes soooooo good. With that combo, you get tons of vitamins and antioxidants. Enjoy :)

At first, I had high expectations for this company’s walnuts, but my initial order was honestly disappointing.
