Exactly what I needed!
So to get the first thing out of the way....The stretching rings where you stretch outward are going to wear out first, DO NOT fault them. The Level 1 has to be soft enough to be easily stretchable. THAT BEING SAID. This was completely worth it.Each part has a good purpose The ring is a nice general stretch, the grip is more intense one, AND you can adjust it.And then there's the two pieces I grabbed this pack for. The extension rings are perfect, and the finger grip is just as good, allowing strengthening more along the finger instead of the hand, with extension strengthening outward movement, and flexibility, and the finger grip adding strength.Well worth it. If I need another pack I know I'd just go here again.

Small hand users only!
Should have disable marking on hand grips, finger stretcher are may for female hands. Doughnut and finger hand tension are for smaller hands also. Maybe Good for people with smaller hands that have no hand strength. Maybe send this back.

Looks and feels better than the pictures
The quality was much better than the pictures lead you to believe. The finger extensions are also nice if you work at a keyboard for most your day. Great product and they really do help.

Great value for several grip strength exercises
This grip strength kit is a great value. I've had this kit for a few weeks now and all the components seem to be of good enough quality that they will hold up well for awhile and given the price point, they are a great value. I think the kit also has a good mix of pieces that you won't need to purchase any other items. Overall I would recommend this a good entry kit that will allow you to train your grip strength pretty well.

Majority Great!
So for the Hand Grip, my hands are really small so i can't get my hands around the grip very well. As for the individual finger pressure thingy (lol), the index finger button is very, VERY lose so i have no problem pressing it as the others are very hard to press (how it kind of should be) but i need to be able to strengthen all my fingers not just 3. Overall, the rest work and it's really easy to use!

Approved by me a relatively critical person
The circle thing is pretty dumb and the things with finger holes to a lesser extent but I bought it for the main adjustable one and it’s great for me goes well over and under the range I use it (with that said I’m not supper strong or supper weak) and feels well built which combined is all that really matter plus I like the little spring thing.

Good value, I only use the grip strengthener
It is good so far. I'm worried about the durability though. I've had it only for a few weeks and it's making little creaking sounds. Not using a max weight but around 3/4s
