Please order sizes smaller than usual. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable *by S***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 February 2019* I’m writing this review a few weeks after purchase and I will come and add edit in month or so just to give update on any more progress or not.I have a very bad back (self inflicted years of using just one crutch (instead of both as advised) and not having crutch high enough means Iv caused curve and find almost impossible to stand straight.Im a size 14/16 (women’s skirt/trouser size uk) and I ordered large in hindsight I think medium might have been a better choice but was able to get the large to fit properly with bit of fiddling.Its comfortable when you put on doesn’t dig in at all and felt very strange to be standing upright (for first time in years.Whilst wearing it I found uncomfortable to sit in armchair had to sit on hard back dining chair and after approx 10/15 min of wearing it my back started hurting,getting worse by min so I removed.The negative and reason knocked stars off is it comes with no paperwork but by going online and look up similar back brace I found for first week should wear for maximum period of 15/20 min up to twice a day and to gradually work up time you wear over time all the while listening to your body (personally I wore for 15min morning and 15min early evening for first 3days then moved to 20min after 3days) I’m now wear for 30min in morning and 40min early evening but I’m sure you will work out timing that works for you.So far I’m happy seems to be cause improvements.Im able to stand for longer before pain becomes unbearable (both when wearing and not wear) I’m able to stand straighter even when not wearing.Its a slow process but if stops pain be so worth it.I will add edit in 4/6weeks with progress ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I think it'd be great if it fit me *by S***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 November 2019* It doesn't quite fit where I what it so I wear it around my hip region.
