The actual honey is delicious, smooth, fresh & slightly floral. The glass jar of honey with metal lid had a thin cellophane seal round its neck & was packed in a thin bubble wrap bag. This was placed in a too-large box with insufficient brown scrumpled paper to stop it sliding about. This clearly did not happen as the metal lid was severely bashed, the cellophane seal was torn & the glass jar, although intact, was swimming in honey in the bubble wrap bag. WHAT A MESS! Just a little more care & common sense could have prevented this. Obviously, some of the lovely honey was lost & the sticky mess got everywhere. Repetition for emphasis, - the honey tastes gorgeous, so please, Groovy people, upgrade your packaging safety measures as our wonderful Amazon delivery drivers do not have time to "handle boxes with care".
