The fit and sizing is good. I ordered a large and I weight 163 and am 5'7". The problem is that the stitching (visible in the photo) is not smooth on the inside and results in chafing and blisters, even if I wear them on just a short rides. The padding is also too thick for me, but I'm sure some people like that.
