It contains ingredients I have been adding to my pets' food separately, but this is so easy to use. It did not put my dogs or my cat off. I put the recommended dosage over each one's food and mixed it a bit. I am using it as a prevention, they are not infested and I also use Diatomaceous earth. But I like this wormwood tincture, as it seems to complement natural parasite prevention nicely and is very well accepted by the animals. If you suspect your animal might be a bit sensitive , you could start with fewer drops, to help them adjust to it.
