I'm writing this some hours in the morning around 3am after using this product. There's been some long days, riots, looting and sleepless nights because of it so since i'm up I decided to do something with my time. I used this spray to reupholster my kids chairs that were made with hardly any cushion. As of right now it works fantastic. I used it to join memory foam together to make it thicker and it has a super strong tacky hold. I then used it to attach that foam to the chairs and finally used in on fabric since i didn't have a staple gun and the bottom of the chairs were a thin board to begin with. I may not have paid attention to the direction of the print on the fabric or centering it but ah well, at least my kids bums will be more comfortable. It has a fantastic hold on fabric, foam and boards. What's best is that i didn't have to use much of it for this project and everything was fairly quick. Highly recommended, and superior to that gorillla stuff. The finally outcome could have been a lot better but thats just my sleepy self not putting the effort into paying attention. This 3m adhesive works as advertised and did its job. If the hold looses over time will update.

Cover EVERYTHING. Even if you think it won't get anywhere, put a tarp or plastic covering on everything you don't want it to get to. Sticky residue WILL find its way around and is very time consuming to remove from unwanted areas. Wear a mask and beware of the residue that will go on you as well during the process. Cleaning off of glasses are a hassle. Has a strong smell, so wear a mask or put thick cloth over your nose/mouth when inhaling. Be sure to have lots of ventilation. Other than that, it's very good and useful.

Truth Be Told - I'm 63yrs old and have only purchased a spray adhesive twice in my life so I'm no expert on this stuff. However, I can affirm that this product worked just fine for resolving a few of my very light duty issues. I was seeking a very small amount of any "light duty" spray adhesive in the $3 - $5.00 price range and decided to pay the $6.50 delivered only because it is a 3M Name Brand product.My 3 Interior Automotive Issues:1) A small rubber mat I keep on top of my dashboard was sliding out of position periodically. THIS ADHESIVE FIXED IT2) Several inches of my Headliner all along the edges became detached. Though much more time is needed to give a more accurate answer - THIS PRODUCT RESOLVED THE ISSUE AFTER ONLY 4 DAYS OF OBSERVATION3) I was having some problems with "Static Cling" window tint staying completely affixed after trying several different product Brands.I USED THIS ADHESIVE TO PREVENT THE EDGES OF THE TINT FILM FROM BECOMING DETACHED AND SO FAR SO GOOD.

I made my own roman shades & needed a way to adhere the main fabric to the liner to prevent either of the fabrics from stretching & creating sags. This worked beautifully & is holding up even in the window that gets sun. There is no staining which was the problem when I used the spray adhesive for fabrics.I've also used it for holding down stencils when I painted a design on my backsplash & it was so easy to remove & clean off the stencil so I could use it again. I just used a faint amount & the adhesion was perfect. I've also used this to adhere stencils to card stock & the stencil pulled off cleanly & easily.

I bought this to use as an adhesive for Tolex on a project I was working on, it was recommended. Sadly the adhesive (either through my inexperience or because it just didn't work) failed to maintain adhesion to any degree whatsoever.
