I'm good w/the xxl cause it fits me nicely. You don't want a tight robe! I'm 5'3" 150lbs and xxl is what the tag says on the robe. I love it looks cute! I am so happy with my decision to go with this brand for my robe. At 5'5", 150ish pounds, with a medium sized robe, it fits nicely with a lot of room in the chest. It doesn't close completely in the front near my knees but only because the static makes it cling to my yoga pants so the opening doesn't stay closed.
